Extended deadline and new guest editors for the special issue of Networks on “Advances in Vehicle Routing and Logistics Optimization”

This call for papers seeks high-quality methodological contributions on vehicle routing optimization and logistics optimization to relevant real-world applications in industry and the service sector. This call is open to contributions on innovative exact and heuristic optimization methods and particularly encourages, attendees of the VeRoLog 2022 conference in Hamburg (Germany) to submit to this special issue. Contributions by other authors in the field who haven’t been able to attend the VeRoLog 2022 conference are also welcome.

Choose ‘Submit an Article’, and follow the steps. As ‘Article Type’, choose ‘Special Issue Article’. In addition, please notify the guest editors about the submission via email. Submitted manuscripts must not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere. All manuscripts will be refereed through a peer-review process, according to the usual standards of the journal.

We encourage authors to submit papers before the deadline. The review process will be initiated immediately after submission.
Target publication date: Fall 2023.
