One-day workshop on the economics of football
To coincide with the opening of the 2018 Fifa World Cup in Russia, one of sport’s largest global events, we present a collection of research papers
presented by leading sports economists. These papers all either have a particular application to football or use football as a context in which to study
economic theories and behaviour in more detail.
