Christos Papalitsas was born in 1988 in Thessaloniki Greece. He received his BSc in Informatics from the Ionian University in Corfu, Greece and also his MSc in Computer Systems from the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki, Greece.
Since December 2014, he has been pursuing his PhD in the Dept. of Informatics of the Ionian University under the supervision of Theodore Andronikos, Associate Professor at the Department of Informatics, Ionian University. The main research fields of his interest are: Quantum and Unconventional Computation, Optimizatiom and Metaheuristics .
Also, with over 9 years of working experience on the Industry of IT and Telecomunications either on R&D or Business positions. Currently, he is working as a Business Analyst in a Cloud Computing sector Company.
He is also a member of the Hellenic Operational Research Society and of Computability in Europe group.
