Judit Lienert, PhD, leads the cluster Decision Analysis at Eawag, the Swiss Federal Institute of Aquatic Science and Technology. She has over 17 years of experience in inter- and transdisciplinary research projects. Her focus is on MCDA to support environmental decisions, integrating natural, engineering and social science data in decision models. A specific interest is the behavioural analysis of decision processes and a scientifically rigorous, but practicable integration of the preferences of stakeholders and lay people; hereby further developing methods such as interviews, group workshops, online surveys and using elements of serious games. J. Lienert is lecturer for MCDA at ETH Zürich, is well connected with the international MCDA community, and is on the managing board of the EURO working group on Behavioural Operations Research.
