A CD-ROM of proceedings containing the
revised versions of the accepted short papers will be
distributed to the participants.
A collection of expanded longer papers
will be selected for publication in a special issue of
Networks,
to be edited by Bernard Fortz, Universit� Catholique de
Louvain, and Luis Gouveia, CIO, University of Lisbon.
